Your future tasks:

• Support the implementation and improvement of a global Performance Management approach.
• Contribute to the development and roll-out of Global Leadership Development Initiatives.
• Join us in continuously improving our global Onboarding Journey.
• Support us in improving the learning experience and influencing our learning culture.
• Design tools and platforms to support our people leaders in their talent management activities.
• Support the roll-out of global training programmes and the implementation of our DEI initiatives.
• Consolidate existing data (L&D, ESG, etc) into global reports and create communication materials.

Your profile:

• Enrolled student in the field of economics, law, social sciences, marketing or a comparable degree program.
• Good knowledge and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experienced with MS Office.
• Empathetic, communicative and trustworthy personality with a lot of team spirit and a desire to work in a very international environment.
