T&I Manager- IAC (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• You will prepare technical plans for the work packages inner park cables for connection to the substation of our offshore wind farms.
• You specify the performance and scope of delivery for orders regarding the supply and installation of inner park cable systems.
• You will accompany the tendering process, negotiations with potential contractors and implement individual negotiation targets.
• You will evaluate bids and prepare recommendations for the award of contracts.
• During project execution, you will be part of the implementation team and work independently on sub-tasks.
• The scope of the project life cycle ends for your task with the acceptance and subsequent handover of infield cable package  to our O&M team for the operational phase.

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed engineering degree, preferably in marine engineering, civil engineering or electrical engineering
• You have sound professional experience in the field of medium and high voltage cable systems, ideally in the field of offshore wind
• Furthermore, you are proficient in MS-Office and are fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills
• You enjoy and are interested in working in an international team, have strong communication skills and team orientation, and are willing to travel and have intercultural skills
• You are able to lead complex processes to a structured process control and maintain an overview even at a high work pace
• You identify yourself to a high degree with renewable energies
