IT Support (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• Provide initial point of contact for IT support requests via various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve technical issues including advanced troubleshooting related to Microsoft cloud products (e.g. Microsoft 365), Active Directory and user account management as well as other products used at Skyborn.
• Assist end-users with hardware and software-related problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions, system upgrades and improvements.
• Configure and deploy hardware devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, policies and procedures.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in providing IT support, ideally with a focus on Microsoft cloud products (Microsoft 365), Active Directory and user administration.
• Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting as well as a familiarity with ITIL best practices and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
