Inhouse SAP Service Manager (all genders)

Overview:

As our SAP Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in operating and enhancing our organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (S/4 Hana). This position requires expertise in the operations of the platform (SAP RISE) as well as common modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with SAP transformation manager and other key stakeholders to align ERP functionalities and further expansion of the platform in alignment with the business objectives.

Your future tasks:

  • Act as a single point of contact for support and troubleshooting issues.
  • Operate and configure our SAP environment (SAP RISE) in close collaboration with service providers.
  • Work with SAP and our service provider support and development teams to implement enhancements and customizations, according to specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the SAP environment in close collaboration with the SAP transformation manager.
  • Basic customization of SAP modules as needed to address ad hoc business requirements.
  • Manage integrations between SAP Public Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation of SAP configurations and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with SAP communities (inhouse and externals) to share knowledge and experiences.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience with ERP and preferably with a focus on SAP Public Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to FI/CO as well as proficiency in SAP configuration and customization; SAP certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
