Accounts Receivable & Intercompany Accountant (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• You are overseeing the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including accurate and timely customer billing, cash application and reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• In doing so, you are coordinating and reconciling financial transactions between different entities within the organization.
• Monitoring credit limits, assessing creditworthiness and implementing effective credit control measures to minimize outstanding receivables fall within your area of responsibility.
• You will implement proactive strategies for collections, following up on overdue accounts and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• You are generating regular reports on accounts receivable aging, intercompany balances and other relevant financial metrics.
• Furthermore, you are working closely with cross-functional teams.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on finance, controlling or a similar education.
• You bring experience with local- and international accounting standards and regulations as well as profound professional experience (6+ years) in AR & intercompany accounting.
• In addition, you are proficient in SAP or other ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and German.
• A detail-oriented way of working with a focus on accuracy and efficiency round off your profile.
